Sony have announced the spectacular A9 mirrorless camera, the camera professional shooters and advanced amateurs have been waiting for. The new system boosts performance well beyond Sony’s current flagship, the A7RII, and is the most advanced shooter that the Japanese electronics giant has ever rolled out. The A9 is equipped with a full-frame stacked CMOS sensor touting 24.2 megapixels, and can shoot blackout-free up to 20 fps. It has a maximum shutter speed of 1/32,000 seconds, as well as 693 phase-detect AF points that roughly take up 93 percent of the frame. Other notable features include a 5-axis image stabilization system, a Quad-VGA OLED Tru-Finder with 3,686k dots of resolution, 2.2x more battery capacity, ethernet port, dual SD slots, and 4K video capability with Full HD recording at up to 120 fps. watch the video below.
